I've got there with my family at 2 am after a sport event in the Kansas city Stadium and they told me basically that they sold my room after I paid it with anticipation on Expedia and they didn't have nothing for me. Nothing more frustated than that and never to be expeted from a hotel”

They had a strong odor, there was dog hair throughout the room, and the overall condition and cleanliness were much lower quality than the non-pet rooms. If you’re traveling with a pet, I would not recommend staying here. When we raised our concerns about the condition of the room, the staff was unhelpful, dismissive, and rude, which made the experience even more disappointing.”
